I see you’ve got the first episode butterflies
No worries, because I think it was a good first effort (although you’ve done this before).
Why is the podcast called Burning Trash? That leads me to think that the podcast is all about books that are so bad they deserve to be burnt. Well, the title’s what got me to dl the podcast. What also got me to download it was that you were reviewing the Crime Bible Series. I’m highly interested in reading it. I thought that you might have not liked it.
Alright, later days.

Hey. Thanks for the review. Burning Trash is just a catchy title that I came up with to attach to this show. It could be interpreted several ways. My interpretation… Burning Trash = Consuming Media. Just because I liked this book, doesnt mean that I’ll like everything that gets reviewed. The title peaked your attention, so there you go. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts. Cheers–Jasper

It’s tough doing a new podcast isn’t it? Especially one that’s more talk than music? Of all the books DC is putting out, The Crime Bible is one I’ve been most interested in. I liked some of the further insight you gave on the book – taking notes for shows like this is an absolute must, so keep doing it. If anything, take more notes than you think you’ll end up using. If you like Rucka’s DC stuff I recommend his Oni Queen and Country book – Collected Comics Library did a recent show covering it. Rucka’s Atticus novel series is also very good.
